Fees and Payment:
My rate is $160.00 per clinical hour (50 minute session).
Sliding scale available on a case by case basis.
Currently I am an in-network provider for Kaiser Medicare, Optum, ComPsych, Cigna, Tricare, TriWest and Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield. I am in-network with Aetna and Kaiser through SonderMind. I also accept United through the Headway provider network.
Payment is due at time of session and I can accept the following methods of payment for our of network patients: Cash, Credit Cards, FSA and HSA cards.
