Meet Rachel
Rachel Moore, LPC, is also a licensed Brainspotting Mindful Telehealth Counseling in Denver, Colorado. Rachel is a native Colorado resident and our proud owner and founder of Inner Light Counseling LLC. She is registered counselor in Brainspotting Therapy, Self-Esteem Counseling, and Caregiver Burnout.

Telehealth offers all of the benefits of a traditional healthcare visit paired with easier access, flexibility, and scheduling! At Inner Light Counseling we recognize the effects of COVID and offer telehealth counseling in Colorado to keep the community safe and our patients comfortable. Online therapy comes with endless options. We are happy to work with anyone in the state of Colorado through virtual visits. Colorado Counseling
For clients that prefer a traditional therapy session in a face to face setting, Inner Health Counseling offers in person therapy sessions for Colorado residents or those that call the Denver Metro area home. We are located at 2750 S Wadsworth Blvd, Suite #D-201, Denver, CO 80227 and appointments can be booked by email, online, or over the phone!

Colorado Rates & Insurance Information
Rates include: $120.00 per clinical hour, $85 for a 45 minute session, and $70 for a 30 minute session.
Currently Inner Light Counseling is an in-network provider for ComPsych, Cigna and Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield. I am in-network with Aetna and Kaiser through the SonderMind. I also accept United through the Headway provider network. Learn more about fees and insurance here.
