​Fees and Payment:
My rate is $160.00 per clinical hour (50 minute session). 

Sliding scale available on a case by case basis.

Currently I am an in-network provider for the following insurance:
-Kaiser Medicare
-Optum/United – Kaiser -Cigna -Select Health
-Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield
I also am a provider for the following Employee Assistance Programs:
-Lyra -ComPsych -Cigna EAP

Payment is due at time of session and I can accept the following methods of payment for our of network patients: Cash, Credit Cards, FSA and HSA cards.

Monday: Arvada Office 9:30 AM-12:30 PM and 4:00 PM-6:00 PM
Tuesday: Denver office 9:30-12:30 PM and 4-5:00 PM
Wednesday: Arvada office 11:30 AM -3:00 PM
Thursday: Out of office
Friday: 9:30 AM-1:30 PM
